All this week, I have been conducting interviews for my upcomming “Flippin Crazy” course that begins the first week in June. One of the most popular questions I get from potential students and fellow investors is “What are the characteristics of your most successful students?”

I think that’s a great question and one that should be addressed on the blog today.

Whether you are talking about people that take my course, other top investors that I have had the priviledge of knowing or just successful people in general, it comes down to this.

The top students and most successful people I know take ACTION!! They do stuff!

When I tell them to do something they do it, and they do it quickly. They don’t wait for more information, or a clearer understanding, they just get to it and start taking what my mentor and friend Kevin Nations calls “Imperfect Action”

Kevin says that “Winners take inperfect action, while losers are trying to perfect their plans”.

It’s really as simple as that.

Another mentor and friend Frank Kern made this video with Tony Robbins about Taking Massive Action. Whenever I feel a little intimidated or overwhelmed I watch this. Nothing to buy, no opt in.

Look, I get it. We all get scared, and we are all looking to learn and grow, and sometimes that can be intimitating. It happens to everyone from time to time, so don’t think I’m preaching. I’ve been there myself.

However, at the end of the day, you can’t wish it true, you have to make it true by taking action and working to make those goals a reality.
